Temporary Place of Assembly: Google

Kohn Architecture is a TPA Architect in NYC. Kohn provided TPA plans for a Google employee training. Google is the most visited website in the world and the most valuable brand in 2017. For instance, they specialize in Internet-related services and products, which include online advertising technologies, search engine, cloud computing, software, and hardware. Google’s New York City offices are located at 111 Eighth Avenue, in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan. The building is 2.9 million square feet. It is also the city’s 4th largest building in terms of floor area. Google needed Temporary Place of Assembly (TPA) plans for their employee unconscious bias awareness training. As a result, Kohn Architecture, a TPA architect, provided TPA plans and permits for this special event. It includes design and spatial layout of non-combustible plywood panels that held the main texts and images of the exhibit.
