Kohn Architecture re-designed this upper west side apartment lobby. The lobbies in these pre-war apartment buildings were old and uninviting. For this reason, KOHN ARCHITECTURE modernized the spaces and gave them a more upscale appearance. Complete replacement of the finishes, including a custom herringbone floor pattern, new wood wainscoting, new wall covering, and modern Italian light fixtures, has given an entirely new look to these spaces.
