Good Design = Smart Business
Design transforms business. Kohn Architecture is a New York City architect creating places for companies and international industry leaders with a design approach that drives their goals.
Our clients come to us because they realize great design builds great companies – they hire us to help them grow and change with the times. They understand that design offers a powerful tool for achieving any number of business goals, including increased customer traffic and sales, brand awareness and staff recruitment and retention. It can also reduce bottom line costs through sustainable strategies that maximize real estate and lower resource consumption.
Experience and market understanding
With a depth of industry knowledge and an intimate grasp of the larger social and economic issues that affect business, we offer cross-market insight gained from 25 years in the retail, hospitality, corporate, and residential sectors. This expertise is both a product and reflection of long-term client relationships. In helping companies like NBC, Chopard, The Coca Cola Company, and growing trendsetting companies like Surface to Air respond to business changes and evolve over years, we continue to offer increasingly valuable insight to all our clients. This allows us to wield design as a business strategy with authority and ingenuity.
