KOHN ARCHITECTURE was hired to design the exterior & interior of this Chelsea townhouse. Provided design for a new front entry with new entry door & concrete steps to give the townhouse a grand & welcoming entrance. Redesign the rear façade by providing larger opening to provide more natural lighting.
