Kohn Architecture transformed this lakeside residence into a modern loft-like space. The design of the house uses a layering process to define the way the spaces flow from one to another. The very private front is not open to the street. But walking into the house, the space opens up to dramatically reveal the stunning view of the woods and lake beyond.
